Deus ex machina in movies?

What is the greatest example of deus ex machina in movies?Deus ex machina in movies?
One of the cheapest, and quintessentially British, is the ending of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", where the knights of the round table are suddenly swooped up and put into police cars. They needed an easy way out and found that.

EDIT: Yeah, War of the Worlds counts...pretty cheap resolution there, although there's some irony in it so I don't fault H.G. Wells too much.

Wizard of Oz!...awesome. Just click your heels three times--you wanted Dorothy to just punch her in the face after hearing that, didn't you?

It's meaningful though--we already have everything we need to get by in life. The lion, scarecrow, tin man, Dorothy, everyone...

Nice chatting with you.Deus ex machina in movies?
isn't the briefcase in Pulp Fiction one these?

EDIT: nope, sorry I'm getting it confused with something else. I'll keep thinking.

Would War of the Worlds count? the aliens suddenly die from the cold virus. however, it's not a mystical solution and is pretty meaningful of itself so I'm not sure if it qualifies as one.

NOPE the best one is Glenda, the good witch of the north in The Wizard of Oz. final answer, honest.
